On return transport:
The traveler must wait at the scheduled time at the hotel reception for the transfer back to the airport, not tolerating delays, as this may compromise the efficiency of the transportation and the risk of missing the flight, thus removing the responsibility of the receptive.
The OUT transfer time will be announced the day before the service is performed via WhatsApp or at the hotel reception. If you do not receive the information by 19:00 on any of these channels, you must contact us.
